Silver Wolf Metrology LLC provides metrology-related consulting, calibration coordination, vendor coordination, asset visibility support, certificate review, documentation support, audit-readiness assistance, and related professional services.

Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, Silver Wolf Metrology LLC does not represent that it is directly performing every calibration, repair, inspection, or technical service. Some services may be coordinated through qualified third-party service providers, calibration laboratories, or vendors.

No Accreditation or Certification Claim Unless Specifically Stated

​

Silver Wolf Metrology LLC may assist customers with calibration coordination, documentation review, certificate collection, vendor qualification, audit support, and metrology program visibility.

Unless specifically stated in writing for a particular service, quote, report, certificate, or statement of work, Silver Wolf Metrology LLC does not claim that all services are ISO/IEC 17025 accredited, ANSI/NCSL Z540.1 compliant, OEM-authorized, or performed under any specific accreditation or quality standard.

Accreditation status, calibration method, measurement uncertainty, certificate content, and reporting format depend on the specific service provider, scope of accreditation, customer request, and agreed service level.

Use of Third-Party Service Providers

​

Silver Wolf Metrology LLC may coordinate services with third-party calibration laboratories, repair providers, logistics providers, consultants, or other vendors.

​

Third-party providers are independent organizations and are not employees or agents of Silver Wolf Metrology LLC unless expressly stated in writing. Silver Wolf Metrology LLC may assist with vendor selection, coordination, documentation tracking, communication, and service oversight, but the third-party provider remains responsible for the technical work it performs.

Silver Wolf Metrology LLC is not responsible for a third-party provider’s errors, omissions, delays, equipment damage, loss, certificate content, scope limitations, technical decisions, or service outcomes, except to the extent expressly agreed in writing.

Customer Responsibilities

​

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information needed to support requested services. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Equipment descriptions, model numbers, serial numbers, asset IDs, and required service levels

• Required calibration intervals, specifications, procedures, or customer-specific requirements

• Purchase orders, billing information, shipping instructions, and contact information

• Any regulatory, quality, safety, contractual, or accreditation requirements that apply to the equipment or service

• Known equipment issues, damage, contamination, safety hazards, or special handling requirements

Silver Wolf Metrology LLC is not responsible for delays, added costs, incorrect service selection, or incomplete documentation caused by inaccurate or incomplete customer information.

Quotes, Orders, and Scope of Work

​

Quotes are based on information available at the time of quotation. Pricing, turnaround time, service availability, provider selection, and technical feasibility may change after equipment is received, inspected, or reviewed.

​

A quote does not guarantee final cost, service completion, accreditation eligibility, repair feasibility, or turnaround time unless specifically stated in writing.

​

Any additional work, replacement parts, repairs, expedited service, special documentation, shipping, handling, or provider charges may require customer approval before proceeding.

​

Calibration and Technical Service Results

​

Calibration and technical service results are based on the conditions, methods, standards, procedures, and provider capabilities applicable at the time of service.

​

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Silver Wolf Metrology LLC does not guarantee that equipment will pass calibration, meet manufacturer specifications, be repairable, or be suitable for a specific customer application after service.

​

The customer remains responsible for determining whether equipment is suitable for its intended use, including any safety, medical, aerospace, defense, regulated, manufacturing, or quality-system application.

​

Certificates, Records, and Documentation

​

Silver Wolf Metrology LLC may assist with collecting, organizing, reviewing, and transmitting calibration certificates, service records, reports, or related documentation.

​

Certificate format, data content, uncertainty reporting, accreditation symbols, measurement results, calibration intervals, statements of conformity, and other technical details are controlled by the performing laboratory or service provider unless otherwise agreed.

​

Silver Wolf Metrology LLC may identify apparent documentation issues, missing information, or administrative concerns; however, final technical responsibility for a certificate or calibration result remains with the performing provider.

​

Turnaround Time

​

Any turnaround time provided is an estimate unless expressly stated in writing as a guaranteed commitment. Turnaround time may be affected by provider workload, parts availability, equipment condition, shipping delays, customer approvals, technical findings, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside Silver Wolf Metrology LLC’s control.

​

Silver Wolf Metrology LLC is not responsible for business interruption, lost production, lost revenue, downtime, missed deadlines, or other losses caused by service or shipping delays.

​

Shipping, Handling, and Risk of Loss

​

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for proper packaging, shipping instructions, insurance, and disclosure of any special handling requirements.

​

Risk of loss or damage during shipment remains with the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing. Silver Wolf Metrology LLC is not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging, carrier handling, shipping delays, weather, or events outside its control.

​

If Silver Wolf Metrology LLC coordinates shipping on behalf of the customer, any carrier charges, insurance, handling charges, customs-related charges, or additional logistics costs may be billed to the customer.

​

Payment Terms

​

Payment terms will be stated on the applicable quote, invoice, agreement, or statement of work. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.

​

Silver Wolf Metrology LLC may suspend work, withhold reports, delay shipment, or pause future services for overdue balances, missing purchase orders, unresolved billing issues, or other payment concerns.

​

The customer is responsible for applicable taxes, fees, shipping costs, provider charges, expedited service fees, collection costs, and other charges associated with the requested service.

​

Cancellations and Changes

​

Customers may request cancellation or modification of an order. If work has already started, equipment has been shipped, a third-party provider has been engaged, or costs have been incurred, the customer may remain responsible for charges associated with the work performed or costs committed.

​

Silver Wolf Metrology LLC may cancel or decline service if equipment is unsafe, contaminated, outside the provider's capability, subject to legal or regulatory restrictions, misrepresented, or otherwise unsuitable for service.

​

Service Provider Registration

​

Service providers who submit registration forms, capability information, accreditation documents, pricing information, insurance information, or other business records represent that the information provided is accurate and current.

​

Submission of a registration form does not guarantee approval, referral, business volume, preferred-provider status, partnership, or contractual relationship with Silver Wolf Metrology LLC.

​

Silver Wolf Metrology LLC may review, approve, reject, suspend, or remove service providers from its provider network at its discretion.

​

Approved providers remain responsible for the technical quality, safety, accuracy, documentation, accreditation status, and delivery of the services they perform.

​

Confidentiality

Silver Wolf Metrology LLC may receive customer information, asset lists, certificates, procedures, pricing, provider information, technical records, business information, or other confidential materials.

Silver Wolf Metrology LLC will use reasonable efforts to protect confidential information and will use such information only for legitimate business purposes related to requested services, coordination, documentation, support, or legal compliance.

Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available, already known, independently developed, received from another lawful source, or required to be disclosed by law, regulation, subpoena, court order, audit requirement, or government request.

Intellectual Property
